The Challenge

Engineers at the consultancy were losing hours every week searching for design standards, historical project reports, and internal guidance scattered across SharePoint libraries and shared drives. Engineers can now ask questions in plain language and get answers with citations back to the original standards, reports and guidance documents — cutting search time dramatically and freeing senior staff from being the default search engine.
